Ashamed to have a baby shower

Now this might seem silly but this feeling just daunted me. I'm going to be a young mom. My pregnancy wasn't planned yet I have found a profound happiness in it. I want to celebrate the coming of my baby girl as much as other mothers but I feel as if it'd be shameful or seen as shameful to celebrate getting pregnant at a young age. I feel too intimidated to get maternity pictures or even have a baby shower. Any Advice?
