Severe breast tenderness wtf

So i was told i have fibrocystic breast i know this is a common symptom of when your period is about to come but im worried because my breast and my chest hurt like hell it feels like somebody placed a 50 ton rock on top of me... when i turn on my side it hurts when i get up from layin down it hurts like really bad to the point where im moanin And groanin... Should i get checked out or something? Or its really not that serious?
