G D test

So excited to share that I passed the 3 hour gestational diabetes test! 👍🙌

...I was also informed by the girls in the lab that it is best to fast before your 1 hour test. They said if I had done so, I would have passed the 1 hour (I failed by only 3 points 😑).

My doctor told me fasting is not required for the 1 hour, but I would suggest that anyone who is taking it should fast first!
