Folic acid
Hi guys
Following a recent trip to my doctor she recommended i start taking daily folic acid (currently not pregnant)
So I have purchased this one from boots, only just realizing it says it's for women during pregnancy. Is it still safe for me to take this although I'm not pregnant?
