Hey guys my period have been late for a while now for 29 days I had the same problem last year so I went to the doctor he prescribed me birth control and I have been talking it but last month I missed a couple of pills now I set my alarm and take it regularly now im having these horrible cramps that wake me up from a deep sleep or make me have to lay down I'm only 18 what should I do?😭
