does anyone know what can cause this?

I've had a severe sore throat on and off for two weeks now. Yesterday I felt feverish, short of breath and dizzy. My taste buds are off so I didn't eat dinner last night. Today I woke up with a really bad sore throat and my tongue hurts. Im 22. It looks like there are bumps on my tongue

Could be any number of things, I would assume strep. Did you have a fever yesterday or did you just feel feverish?
If I were you, I would cut out all kinds of sugar from my diet (sugar feeds infection), I'd take a detox bath (Pinterest has hundreds of easy recipes and tips), and I'd eat honey-soaked-garlic (exactly what it sounds like), and consume apple cider vineager in water and also some elderberry syrup, and most importantly I'd drink an insane amount of water.
Or you can just go to the doctor, but don't just do nothing.
