Weird period

My period is 4 days late. I've had unprotected sex for a month or two with the stupid pull out method, I could be pregnant but then again my boobs have been sore and I've had slight cramps. When should I start worrying? I'm not having a baby. I'm going to get an abortion. What steps do I take for that.
