Can you describe how meat eaters semen taste and smell like?

Soo i'll be turning 18 this october and i have never seen semen "in person". Im just really curious. My boyfriend rarely eat vegetables, he often eat meat. How does his semen supposed to smell like? Does it smell like fart? Fish? Blood? How does it supposed taste like? Salty? Bitter? Sour?
