Need this important question answered

So as of last week I had a miscarriage, my doctor said it was a chemical pregnancy. My period just went off and we want to try again. Has anyone ever had a miscarriage or know someone that has and had a successful pregnancy after it like a month after? Or what would you recommend I was 4 weeks. I had a positive preg test but my Hcg levels were a ONE YES A ONE 😔. So please don't read and no comment if you have helpful answers please let me know
