Help!! I have a cold or sinus infection and can't get rid of it! I had it first, the hubs got it, and now I have it again. Anyone have any suggestions how to treat naturally?

Neti pot! Best thing ever to clear up sinus infection. I got one a couple of months ago and It clear up very fast after 2 uses. I was always wondering wth were those things on the flu amd cold remedies section at CVS

I've just gone through the same thing, the only thing that really worked for me was to take a few days off, stay in bed resting/ sleeping or reading if I'm awake, and have lots of chicken soup / broth.  Medicines just mask the symptoms, don't heal you, and even the "ok" meds are questionable. Take care of yourself! Hope you feel better soon!
