NEED HELP ON PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS

Is pooing a lot during early pregnancy  a symptom? I heard that constipation and Diahrrea was but its just normal and often for me! Also, I'm really tired , pee a lot and have weird feelings and a cramps in the right and left sides of my stomach but like pinches and also an increase in appetite? Are all of these pregnancy symptoms and normal? X
