Moving Along

I went to the doctor today for my check up. I finally got some news I wanted. I'm dilated to almost 2 cm and the has dropped some. Last week, the baby wasn't dropped/engaged at all and my cervix wasn't dilated at all and was barely soft. I've also noticed an increase in BH. I am so anxious to have this baby! Does the change within a week mean anything? Did anything work for anyone to get their baby moving along? Anything helps! Tia!
