Help me please!!!

Hi my name is Savannah me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for 3 months I was 2 weeks late for my period this month but this morning I woke up with blood coming out I took a shower to clean up and there was no more blood it disappeared an hour and a half later another blood clot has come out of me but after I cleaned up it was going again and now I'm stuck with cramps what could this be could this be early signs of pregnancy or should I go to the doctors?? I also had two negative test this month...
