Mine and my husband's boss has a 2 bedroom house, it's huge, and it's 550/month. It's about 10 miles maybe from work. Central heat and air, the only thing is it's across from a refinery that smells absolutely terrible.

My friend just called and said her boss is trying to rent out a 2 bedroom house for 450/month near the park in the same town we work in. About 3-4 miles from work. It, however, is window units. (I should mention that by the park is the nicer part of town).

Our boss is trying to get his current tenants out of his rent house, because they're constantly late on payments. My friend's boss has her's available immediately. I am going this evening with my friend to look at her boss' house to see if it's nice. I know my boss will be happy either way. My friend also put a good recommendation in for us with her boss. Which one would you choose if this was your situation?
