No Pads!!!

So I've had my period before, but I ran out of pads. I told my step mom a few days ago I needed to get some and she said that we could go when she has the time. I started my period a few minutes ago and have no pads!!!!! I'm not allowed to talk to her while she is working so I have nothing to use. I checked in the rest of the bathrooms but we have no more pads. I don't know what to do. Any advice?!
