New to Glow.... Is this a BFP?

Hello ladies I have been trying to conceive my.....fiance and I for the last three and a half years with no success. Just recently I had fibroid removal surgery there was three large fibroid in my uterus. My surgery was on May 20th 2016, as of about 5 days ago I've been having major cramping my boobs are sore I've been really moody and emotional. I am about 10 dpo, so because I'm having all these symptoms and I didn't want to think they were all of my head I decided to take a test this morning. I am shaking and confused I want to believe this is it, but I really don't know. Just want to know what you ladies think.
