Menstrual Cup Cleaning
First off, I have no regrets when it comes to switching to the cup. Purchasing pads and tampons all the time was a waste of money.
The only down side though is the staining from it being you-know-where.
When I researched how to get rid of the stains all I found were three solutions that barely did anything: boiling it in water, letting the sun try to fade it, or scrubbing it with pure alcohol.
The only one that seemed to do anything was scrubbing it with alcohol. So I decided to try hydrogen peroxide, just for the hell of it. I was shocked, it looks brand spankin new! I wish I had taken before and after photos.
If you can't get rid of the staining on your cup, use hydrogen peroxide. It eats away the stains.
If you don't have a menstrual cup then I highly recommend buying one.
