40+1 and having menstrual-like cramps, loose bowels...

Hi all! I'm a FTM and 40+1 today. I've been feeling fatigued today but still managed a 2.5 mile walk in the 80 degree weather! A few hours later I am noticing my appetite is gone and I've had upset stomach, loose bowel movements, and pretty heavy menstrual-like cramping. Just wanted to get a feel for how many have had their labor start this way. The cramping eased when I got up from my chair and started walking around the house. I'm having contractions that aren't painful yet - hoping they will be soon!
