Constantly horny

So I've gotten to the point where I want to have sex every day, multiple times if my boyfriend could do it to :( But I want what we used to have. He used to run his hand up my leg and pleasure me first and kiss my neck and things. I'm the one that always starts things now. If I want anything I always find myself asking him. What am I doing wrong?! How do I get him to start things?? How can I drive him crazy on the down low?
