I really scared. ..

So I took this this morning but after my first pee of the day, I have pcos, and have been taking femera twice, but my doctor said he didn't see any big follicles or anything when I went in earlier this month, I know it's really faint, but im so scared to get excited, do you see it? Think ot could be a false positive? By glows calculations I should start my period today, but it's really normal for me to not be on schedule. ..what do you ladies think?
