So I'm usually reluctant to do these sorts of posts but I need advice and the advice I've been receiving hasn't currently helped.

I've been dating my boyfriend for about 8 months now before we were actually official it took him awhile to finally commit to me even though he would claim he wanted nothing more than to be with me. When we first met he told me how his last real girlfriend lasted 2 years about 6 years ago and how the relationship really messed him up because when he went off to college she cheated on him. So he was scared to be fully devoted into someone again. Well luckily I was able to change his mind.

But this is the catch not only have they hung out over the years after they broke up. She's his best friends sister so she is always around! I met her the other day and it was probably the oddest experience I've had in awhile. I was pretty cool about it we engaged in small talk laughed a little here and there but you could totally tell there was an elephant in the room.

When we got home I very subtly explained to him it was an odd position to be in and his response was "well you knew what you were getting into when we first started dating" well that's not really the kind of response I was looking for..

Plus him and his best friend have this bromance of a thing going on. His best friend gives off a gay vibe forsure and has proven in instances that he doesn't shy away from that side. My boyfriends even admitted to his best friend talking him into pop kissing him when he's been drunk. Which I think is odd. Like what 2 straight men drunkenly kiss?

I'm not one to tell my significant other who he should and shouldn't talk to, I just want to know if I'm just over reacting...
