pregnancy? 😖" /> This is a question for all the mommies out there ! Has anyone ever had a Charlie horse/'s during their pregnancy?? I remember having the every night for 9 months with both of my pregnancies, with my 2nd child they were way worse ! I'd wake up screaming out of my sleep telling my boyfriend to help me , thank god he knew how to get rid of them. The pain is excruciating 😳 am I the only one that has gone thru this ??

Yes! I get them terrible especially in the middle of the night. I also develop RLS which is annoying.

I got them every time I yawned in my calf during my entire pregnancy.

Idk out of no where as I was sleeping in the middle of the night woke up with a Charlie Horse . Hurt so bad
