Good or bad??

I'm on the fence about tuna! With this heat, it's all I've been craving, unfortunately my husband won't let me eat any at all. Plus i don't even know if us pregnant ladies could eat it or not??

Anyone know?

Tuna is fine. 12 oz/ a week. Albacore tuna contains more mercury so eat 6oz or less a week.

Tell him you actually need it. Fish oil is good for you and baby. Helps develop the brain. You're craving it for a reason.

I have lived off of tuna this pregnancy! It's very good for you and baby. If it helps, you can have your ob tell him :)

You can have it in moderation. I believe it is somewhere around 6oz a month...and preferably the albacore kind its healthier...and rinse it with water after opening and draining it. 😊
