Help me please

I have no clue what this is, it has formed on the back of my ear and has been there for a couple weeks. It feels like little dots and when i touch it i can only feel it on my finger theres hardly any feeling when i touch it. It doesnt hurt. I was tanning for 2 days, could this be cancer? I have an appointment for my doctor for next week but it has spead to the bottom of the back of my ear.. please ladies help ya gsirl out
