Help please!!

So a few days ago (when I was meant to have my period) like cloudy/white stuff came out of my vagina instead of blood. It felt like my normal period, cramps, even the texture (disgustingly enough) but instead of blood, that weird white stuff came out? I haven't had sex and I haven't been wearing pads or tampons.
