Please any help????

Morning sickness is getting worse each day after trying lots of things, I can't eat anymore and even if I do, is once a day and will feel like vomiting throughout the night. I can't sleep on my belly too,it hurts n very uncomfortable. Am just 6wks 5days. I just don't know what to do,am just not myself anymore

Yes its stomach acid/bile. And it'll happen from your tummy filling up with all the spit your now having to swallow. Ever since I increased my eating frequency and started eating foods I knew had the things the baby was taking from me, my morning sickness went from what you were having to barely anything! Cantelope worked awesome , strawberries were pretty acidic tho.  Listen to your body, its telling you you need something! Oh and I suggest some magnesium lotion/spray. In that form it won't disrupt your intestinal tract but its replenishing a very common low mineral in pregnancy. Good luck!

My sister had it really bad and she suggested taking a Magnesium vitamin. I've found that very helpful!

If you have a recliner sleep in that and see if it will help. Try and take a hot bath to relax. Also try drink sprite or water with some crackers to see if that helps. If not there is a home remedies that can help, i cant remember what its called but there is a tea that'll help. Just look it up. I had violent morning sickness my entire pregnancy. I totally understand how you feel. The only thing that would take the edge off was greasy food. And I know it sounds horrible but greasy food and diet soda was the only thing that would keep me from throwing myself off a bridge from the misery. It sounds dramatic but I was hospitalized several times for morning sickness. Try the greasy food and if you're not a soda person try just those flavored sparkling waters and also vitamin b12 helps a little. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need other suggestions. :)

I feel your pain I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and Ive been being sick sometimes upto 4 times a day with constant nausea for a fortnight, I can't even stomach water and may need to go get IV fluids if this continues as I'm so dehydrated, I have noticed if I try and eat every three hours it can tame the nausea, I've been sick already three times today it's horrible.....

Honestly, seabands helped me a lot just to ease the nausea. I would suck on dum-dum suckers, and sip on ginger ale. Sour candy helped too. Good luck! I know how not fun it is.

Try getting up early and eating crackers and drinking gingerale? I did crackers all morning every morning then it would pass around noon. Hope you feel better.
