Please Give Advice

Just to start, I am 21 years old. I still live with my parents, but I have an apartment for college. They are not helping me pay for it. The only reason I'm still at home is because I can't move there until school starts. My BF bought us a hotel room for a weekend about two weeks before I move. My parents are super strict, but I really want some time with him before I move. Any advice on how to deal with this situation would be helpful. No "You live under their house, their rules" bullshit please.
