Hi ladies! I'm a natural blond & my complection is very fair. I have had to pencil my eyebrows in for YEARS because they are so blonde that if I don't, you can't even see them, and looks like I don't even have eyebrows if I'm not wearing makeup. It's a pain in the ass & I'm sick of all the time I waste penciling them in every day, all the smudging and smearing I have to worry about, and not being able to enjoy going swimming because I'm worried my eyebrows are gonna disappear in the water! After a TON of research and asking around, I found the best of the best permanent cosmetic artist here in Scottsdale (AZ), and made an appointment to have my eyebrows tattooed on July 7th (earliest opening she had unfortunately, wish it were sooner!). Just wanted to ask though... has any ladies here had their eyebrows tattooed? How bad did it hurt?? What is the best way to care for them after they're done? I know the ink they use in permanent cosmetic tattooing is different from regular tattoos and is meant to fade over time as you age & your face changes so that you'll require touch-ups to maintain them, but I'm just curious if there is anything I can do that will help them last longer? Also, for anyone who has had permanent cosmetics done, were you happy with the result? Any advice or input anyone has would be awesome! Thank you!!
