I hate my body!!!!

I'm so unhappy with my body, I hate the way I look. My son is 5 weeks and u can't lose anything. I'm breastfeeding so strictly dieting isn't an option but I've seriously considered nor breastfeeding anymore so I can intense diet. And on hungry all the time from breastfeeding 😭
