Pretty sure my nipples can't feel anything?

So a few days ago my boyfriend and I were fooling around before we had sex and he was sucking on my nipples. It's the first time he's ever done that. I heard it's supposed to feel really good, but I didn't feel anything at all? Him touching or squeezing them does nothing for me either. Wtf is wrong with me??
