Pregnant young worried about loosing my bestfriend

So I'm pregnant in secondary school and my best friend is funny and sweet and we have been friends for like a year. We talk about lots of things but sometimes she's very judgmental and doesn't have a brain filter when she talks about things and when I tell her I'm really worried she will judge me as one time I thought i was pregnant before and i don't know she acted really odd. I don't want to lose her as a friend when she finds out im pregnant
