AF no show

So I'm on cycle day 32 . I had some cramps and breast soreness increased today as if I was going to get my period. I had sex today and that relieved some of the pain I had but my af hasn't arrived yet. Did sex stop my period from coming ?  Or could I be pregnant ? I kinda doubt I'm pregnant since I tested negative on day 30 but yea... Still curious
