Nexplanon

I've been on my period for 33 days, which I know may be normal due to my birth control. Bare with me, I had an abortion on March 19th, & immediately afterwards nexplanon was inserted in my arm. When I had my abortion I was 8 weeks & 2 days, so now I'd be about 5 months. I'm curious on if a surgical abortion could fail? I still have pms even though I am on my period. Symptoms meaning Nausea (the kind you'll get when your pregnant & when you wake up you immediately have to eat unless you feel like your going to throw up), I'm bloated all the time (I've tried natural remedies & I even bought midol complete still doesn't go away), urinating very frequently, I need naps all the time, weight gain, increase in appetite, etc! Is it possible to have pms symptoms every single day even tho you are on your period?
