Husbands feedback?

I had sex with my husband for the first time today. It didn't hurt and was great for me. But it did feel different. When I asked my husband if it was true and felt like a hotdog in a hallway he said no and that it felt the same but maybe a little more slippery and less friction because of lube. We don't typically have to use lube but I was so nervous it would hurt so I requested we try it that way first. I have a sneaking suspicion he was just being nice and didn't want to hurt my feelings. I had a small tear, but major pelvic floor damage and have to have physical therapy to help that. What did your husbands say? Did they think it felt different?
