Help am I crazy

Ok so I'm always down to do whatever my bf wants (in bed) and out of bed ofc. I love hickies and the whole time we've been dating he has said that he can't do them but I made him try once and it worked. And I asked him to do it again bc I lovvveeeeee hickies and to me they show love and affection (I give them to him all the time) and he wouldn't do it :(((( I feel like he doesn't love me as much as I love him am I just crazy???
