Can over thinking that you're pregnant delay your period?

I know it's a silly question, but does thinking that you're pregnant delay your period? I haven't been ttc very long, and it's obviously been on my mind a lot, so does over thinking about it cause it to delay? I have a regular cycle

I had sex on Saturday of last week my period should be just around Sunday or Monday...But still no period...I'm having a feeling that it's coming but when I look still no period....Is that normal?

Yes it can, anything form of stress or worry can delay your aunt flow leading to more stress and worry ..... It's hard but you do just have to relax and take a step back and think right I don't know right now if I am pregnant or not and if I am then I am and I will know soon enough if I'm not then my worry is delaying how soon I can start trying again 😃 xx

Stress and anxiety can delay AF. I got hit with almost $4,000 in medical bills in mid-May, then totaled my car May 29. AF was due around the 25th last month, so I was already late when I had my accident. I finally got my period today. I took 5 tests, went to my doctor and everything was negative. Just try to relax and think about other things. It's not easy, but that's really all you can do
