Advice needed, please!

My daughter has been having super runny/diarrhea diapers every time we change her. She only has a low grade fever 99 sometimes. The dr said this is not a true fever until over 100.  She sleeps all the time, what seems to me to be to be a lot. She has not seemed to be in pain as she is pretty happy go lucky. She has her 4 month check up on Monday.  I am on the fence about calling the dr today. The only thing is she is not in pain and not a technical constant fever.
