Allergies or actually sick?

Hey ladies.

I think I am having an allergy flare up or maybe a sinus infection but I'm not sure which. I'm thinking allergies though.

My throat is scratchy and irritated, nose is stopped up one minute and runny the next (TMI sometimes the mucus is green), my eyes are watery and i just feel so run down... I've been taking benedryl and eating cough drops to try and help, but it isn't working.

I'll be 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow, so I'm afraid to really take any type of medication, unless I have to. Is there anything else I could be doing to try to relieve some of this?
