Discharge

I am having alot of clear discharge, and i have for a few months, and it is becoming uncomfortable as i always have to wear panty liners and i still leak abit through them. I don't sleep with underwear on as it now is tht uncomfortable and irritates my vagina. Do you have any advice on how to stop it or how to deal with it?
