What's your experience?
So I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow. At my last check, I was not dilated or anything whatsoever.. So of course everyone has their opinions on what I should be doing to get things rolling. I've read that walking and bouncing on a yoga ball only help if you're already dilated. Does anything help to not necessarily make me go into labor but at least get things started? I really don't want to go over or have to be induced. 😩😩
