Need help please !!!!

I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone before. This was my first pregnancy, I was sitting on the toilet and I felt something come out I thought it was the baby like I was miscarrying, I put some gloves on and got it out of the toilet. so I went to the hospital they took blood hcg levels which were 600+ but the pregnancy test said negative. I had the external and the internal ultrasound. The doctor said it was a miscarriage ( at the hospital) I seen my obgyn a couple days later and he told me that it was just a blood clot I still might be pregnant. I had to get blood work done to make sure. And I'm waiting for the results. I did this Monday the 20th of June and they said I'd have to wait til Monday June 27th. To be told what is going on. The wait is killing me and I just want to know if anybody else has this happened too.
