Opinions needed! TTC#2

In advance sorry this may be long. Just wanna give the full back story to hopefully help get some insight. Sooo...

Marxh 29 removed Iud after 2 years. Started NUVARING immediately. Removed it after 10 days.(we changed our mind) then waited for af to come. Well nothing happened till the 22 of May. Normal af for 5 days. I don't know how long my cycle should be now but before iud it was 29-30 days. Now. According to my calendar I should have ovulated on June 9th. But i had weird light spotting on and off for like 5 days from the 3rd to the 8th. Then nothing till the 19th and i had VERY light. VERY dark brown spotting. Sporadically. Then nothing 20th. Very small amounts of light brown pink spotting on 21st for a couple hours. Then nothing. Still nothing as of today. But here's the thing my dr ordered a blood test and said it was neg on the 21st. Would that be too early to tell? Also symptoms strange feeling/tingly boobs, tender nipples. Horrible headaches for last 3 days. Mild nausea, dizziness/light headed. But negative hpt this morning as well. I feel like I'm going crazy. This waiting game makes me so nervous. Any opinions?
