If your vagina is dry does that mean your not pregnant

I know it's only through a pregnancy test but do you have to have a increase in vaginal discharge an if your dry or moist does that mean your not? Stupid question I know but I'm ttc and I'm starting to get worried because my vagina is super dry and I've heard women have had some type of discharge but I know all are different
