Baby won't take bottle....

Our little girly is 3.5 months old.l and exclusively breastfed.   I will be returning to work in about a month.  I am worried about when she starts daycare. I can not get her to take any bottle.  We have tried 5 kinds of bottle/nipple. I have tried leaving the house so my husband can feed her.  No matter what, she won't take the bottle.  She only wants the real deal.  Any one have this issue?? What is a mama to do?
