Acidic taste😷

I have this acidic taste at the back of my throat which is making me feel so sick. I thought it was because I was hungry but it I've eaten and I've had it for days. What causes acidic taste in the throat?? It's my big birthday bash tomorrow and i don't want this still, feeling like I need to Puke every 10 min
