Stabbing pain

Hi I've got a stabbing pain in my boob and it's been there for about 3 days. I'm due on in 4 days but not had anything like this before. If you've had acupuncture before, it feels like I have a needle going all the way into my breasts and everytime I move it it feels like the needles being twisted. It really hurts, even when I put a t-shirt on without a bra it's painfully when the material touches it. :-( anyone had this before. I think it's perfectly normal just painful!
