Anyone getting tubes tied?!

Hubby is talking about a vasectomy we were looking at me getting tied too but because I'm overweight had previous abdominal surgeries (csections) and unexplained bleeding both on and off birth control my dr told me I might have complications with it....just want to see what you guys are doing? I want to try the pill again I've had bad luck on implants but am still considering tubal litigation. I have 3 weeks before a definite answer is needed
