Night time

I don't understand what's happening at first I thought I was getting a uti but this is different I seem to only have it at night where I have to pee all the time an I'm worried if I don't I'll pee mysel it's uncomfortable I can't sleep next to my loved one because I get up to much it doesn't hurt when I pee an it a normal full pee everytime I've had sex the last two nights and it started after the first night I really want to say it's a uti but I've had them an they are ten times worse then what's happening now. Any ideas on what's happening an how to stop it?
