Tips on highest chances to concieve??

Hello ladies! If any of you could give me tips and/or some advice on how to concieve I would really appreciate it! Me and hubby have been TTC for 3 months now with no luck and we're both impatient haha so please anything you can offer to comment will help and thanks in advance!

After trying for 4 cycles with tracking ovulation and no luck, my fiance and I both started taking maca root. (My fiance has a degree in nutrition and is all about supplements) It can be bought at GNC or most places supplements are sold. The next cycle, I was pregnant! Could be coincidence but it's not very expensive so it's worth a try! Stressing and making it a chore will work against you! Just have fun and have sex every couple days once period ends. The more relaxed you are, ovulation can take place. Good luck!

We gradually increased what we were doing to help the process along. The month we conceived, we BD every other day from the last day of my AF to a few days after the end of my fertile window. We also used conceive plus.

For me the key was tracking and making sure i wasn't missing ovulation. I tend to ovulate later then apps predict.
