Hi, all! Newbie here! I badly need tips...
Hey everyone! We've been TTC for almost 2 months now for our 1st baby. I am new about this stuff, and I just don't want people judging me because I don't go regularly to an OB or research more about fertility, pregnancy, etc. Hubs and I just made up our mind. Anyway, so I've already asked somewhere for tips and they've all suggested to see an OB of course, and read this book and buy a bbt thermometer. I was just wondering if any of you can recommend me some more? Like, taking vitamins? Eating a certain food? A friend suggested that I drink milk for mommies. Is that effective? Have any of you tried drinking fertility tea?
P.S.
I was supposed to get my period yesterday, but all I've felt was cramps. No blood. Now it's gone. I'm a little bit irregular maybe because of weight gain and sleepless nights, not to mention stress. But for the last couple of months I've been stress-free.
